Northern Whitetail deer Capes for sale. These are from Whitetail bucks harvested in western New York. Skinned and fleshed by a full-tine professional taxidermist. Over 40 years as a full-time taxidermist. Capes are ksinned using a Y incision the cut may be between four and 14 inches down the back. They have been commercially tanned and will be ready to mount with about fivem inutes of preparation time. Capes are nice white leahter with lots of sttretch. All capes have been frozen directly into shipping boxes. Each a cape is measured. The A Measurement is from the corner of the yee to the tip of the nose. The second measurement is the smallest cirucmference around the neck tight ot the jaw bone. Some of the forms on the market have very large necks at their second meausrmenet. I woudl recommend buying a cape 1 inch larger than your mannequin you have or purchase a mannequin 1 inch smaller htan the cape you purhcased. Please read hte next part completely, and then read it for a second time. These capes are from wild Whitetail deer. These capes are no competition quality unless listed as such. THey are for commercial work and repalcement Capes. Most every cape will ahve some sort of flaw o dmaage such as small skinning, nicks split ears, bullet holes arrow holes, minor tick damagei nthe brisket area, fighting sccars, cut tear ducts etc. If you are not a taixdermist capble of making repairs, the n do not buy my capes. I try to list any major damage as well as basic colors or hair length such as early archery capes, fall capes, or hevay furre winter capes. Due to high shipping costs, I do not offer a return policy. These capse will not spoil during shiping as they are commercially, wet , tanned and frozen until shipped. When you receive your cape, you can inspect it if you dont plan on mounting it right away return it to you freezer. All capes are shipped on Mondays USPS priority 2 to 3 day shipping. Shipping costs are included in your pirucase price.
